§ 35-B110. Military Airport Overlay Zone Site Plans.

  • (a)

    Number of Copies. The applicant shall submit to the director of planning and development services an application, with processing and final blue or black-line folded prints, a legible eight and one-half by eleven (8½ x 11) inch reduced copy of the plan proposal accompanied with the plan review fee. The director may require the applicant to submit up to with seven (7) processing and fifteen (15) final blue or black-line folded prints. Requests for review to respective departments and agencies shall be attached to the processing copies. In addition to the hard copies, information shall be submitted in a digital data format as outlined in section 35-B101.

    (b)

    Format. The plan shall be drawn on sheet(s) no larger than twenty-four (24) inches wide and thirty-six (36) inches long with appropriate side margins. The plan shall be drawn at a scale of hundred feet to one inch (1"= 100') unless a smaller scale is approved by the director of planning and development services. Where more than one (1) sheet is necessary to accommodate the entire park site, an index sheet showing the entire area at an appropriate scale shall be attached.

    (c)

    Contents. The master development plan shall include the following as a minimum:

    (1)

    Site size, locational information, and adjacent land uses.

    (2)

    Dimensioned layout, with the location, size, and height of all buildings and structures.

    (3)

    Floor area ratio of each lot.

    (4)

    The location and size of all above and below ground storage containers for flammable and combustible materials.

    (5)

    Size and location of all vehicular access points, streets, and parking areas.

    (6)

    Major physical features such as creeks, topography, and easements.

    (7)

    Diagrams indicating the location, dimensions, and angles of any or other reflective surfaces proposed in the development design.

    (8)

    A staging plan if appropriate.

    (d)

    Certification. The Military Airport Overlay Zone site plans shall be prepared and signed by a registered professional engineer.
