§ 19-205. Parking on rights-of-way beneath Interstate Highways 35 and 37 on certain streets prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to park on the public right-of-way underneath Interstate Highway 35 between West Commerce and Buena Vista Streets, Camaron and North Flores Streets, West Houston and West Commerce Streets, and Buena Vista and Guadalupe Streets and Interstate Highway 37 between Ninth Street and Jones Avenue, Nolan and Houston Streets, Josephine and Grayson Streets, and Newell Street and Pearl Parkway between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. or park single unit motor vehicles of size and capacity greater than prescribed for one and one-half (½) ton trucks on said public rights-of-way.
